Roman Kushnir, the Director of the SPE Development School and the Editor-in-chief of the psychological journal Experiment, has recently shared on his Facebook page, that women often asked him how to restore responsibility in their husbands.

Here is his reply:
- Take less upon yourself – the weaker and more helpless you are in his presence, the stronger he becomes next to you.
- Do not reproach – your aggressive attitude towards your husband will demotivate him from any kind of activity.
- Look after your body and figure – an attractive woman turns a man on.
- Be feminine – hard physical work as well as rude manners are not for you.
- Encourage his initiative of any kind: let his minimal assistance to you be recompensed greatly.
- Be patient – changes require time but create deadlines for yourself while you keep patient.
- Do not recollect the past too much, especially if it had many problems, but emphasize the future possibilities.
- Develop your skills and abilities – be resourceful, develop your old talents and find new ones.
- Keep up your spirits – try to be cheerful and contented for no special reason. Next to the woman capable of enjoying life, any husband will flourish.
